To develop and initiate data driven SMART goals that bring about increased leadership development, member retention and organizational growth.
Administrative
- Review and consolidate the committee structure to form regional teams working directly with governors and their committee chairs.
- Allocate budgets for growth and other key committees.
Leadership
- Develop more online learning opportunities for leaders and membership that meet the needs of today’s and tomorrow’s challenges.

Develop or expand mentorship, team building, diversity and fundraising training for leaders and general membership.
Marketing and Communication
- Continue the expansion of marketing and branding strategy that is engaging, inclusive and sets us apart as the “expert” in our area of service to children and youth.
- Support Junior Optimist International expansion.
- Communicate with members, clubs, districts seeking growth in retention and expansion of our organizations’ mission statement.
Partnership
- Partner and seek improved communication with our International Clubs.
- Increase and strengthen partnerships with other service organizations.
